A starting bonus is a financial payment, payable by the school/trust in your first monthly salary. For example, if your agreed salary is £40,000 per annum then, in addition to your gross monthly salary, you will receive a one off, before tax, payment of £2,000 (5% of £40,000).

Schools and Trust contact us about positions that are available; often these are shortly before one of the three resignation deadlines.
We will check to see if we have any suitable candidates in our database. If we believe that an opportunity matches a candidate then we will contact that candidate by email and text to see if they are interested in the position.
If the candidate is interested in pursuing the opportunity we will ask for a one sided anonymous template to be completed by the candidate that is sent to the school or trust.
If the school or trust wants to pursue the opportunity with the candidate then we coordinate the call, visit and interview.
At every stage of the process we are there to support, help and guide you through the whole experience.
